Shipping and Delivery

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Delivery Schedule: Based on the shipping option chosen by you, the products will be shipped to you within the following time frame:
Standard Domestic shipping: 2-12 business days
Express Domestic shipping: 1-8 business days
Standard International shipping: 6-10 business days
Express International shipping: 1-5 business days

Handling time: Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for item handling.
Potential delays: If government-imposed lockdowns, unanticipated natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances result in delays in product delivery, you will be duly informed of the same.
Pricing: Based on the option you select, a standard shipping charge or an express shipping charge will be calculated and included in your final billing at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our store credit, exchange and return policy for further details on returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship to all major countries, the world over. When you review your order at checkout you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected based on the location of delivery.
International orders are eligible for exchanges and returns. Please refer to our store credit, exchange and return policy for further details.
Based on the shipping option selected by you, international orders will be shipped as follows:
Standard International shipping: 6-10 business days
Express International shipping: 1-5 business days
Saturday, Sundays, state and national holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Customs duty, as mandated by the respective country of shipment, will be borne by the customer.
